Mary L. Gerdts

Our Founder

Mary Gerdts is founder, CEO & President of two companies in the electronic transactions industry headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona: POST Integrations, Inc. and EboCom, LLC. Founded in 1991, POST Integrations provides credit card processing services exclusively to the hospitality industry. EboCom was founded in 2000 and is a full service third-party back-office processor.

Mary has over 17 years of experience in the electronic transactions industry and has been an active member of the Electronic Transactions Association (ETA) since 1991. Mary served on the ETA board of directors from 1995-2004 and was ETA President from 2002-2003. In 2004, Mary received the highly distinguished ETA Member of the Year award for her passion and commitment to the industry. Mary continues that commitment to ETA today by chairing high-profile committees such as Industry Relations where she was key in launching ETA's first Compliance Day. As a noted industry expert, Mary was honored to be chosen to represent ETA on Capitol Hill in 2006 at ETA's premier Government Outreach Day.

Mary is also very active in the society of Hospitality Financial & Technology Professionals (HFTP). Mary has been a member of HFTP since 1990 and she was on the HFTP board of directors from 1996-2001. Mary served as President of the Phoenix Chapter for two terms, from 1998–2000. As President, her chapter received the prestigious HFTP Chapter of the Year Award as well as receiving numerous HFTP Chapter Choice Awards.

To ensure a legacy of woman leaders for years to come, Mary, along with three other women, founded a new association known as Women Networking in Electronic Transactions (W.net) in 2005. The primary mission of W.net is to inspire and empower women in the electronic transactions industry to maximize their potential and position themselves for greater success.
